Thee Magic Lanterns

Using a driven-from-the-backseat approach to cool, evoking the spirits of Jerry Garcia and the irreverent lo-fi hippie punk of R. Stevie Moore, Thee Lanterns' music serves as a conduit back to the vast and ambling diaspora of 1970's Americana.  Their visionary aural impressions take you for a steady ride through another time and place. A busted up old Chevy Monte Carlo fit with an AM/FM cassette deck and several ashtrays isn't a requirement, but the right heads will get it.
